Maybe You Didn't Know
These are things I should probably mention, but haven't.
1) I broke my right thumb while mountain biking three weeks ago.
2) I have been taking hip hop dance lessons for two months now and plan to start break dancing once the thumb is almost back to normal.
3) I have been mentoring kids in science at a Long Beach middle school since January.
Maybe I'll talk about these more sometime. Actually, I probably won't - I'm too busy. Just wanted to keep you informed of who I am.

Where's The Edge Of This Cliff?
Self sufficiency and introspection have a point of diminishing returns. People must be able to take care of themselves, yet they shouldn’t be so fiercely independent that they feel choked by the hands offering to help them. Likewise, everyone should learn from their mistakes and refine their imperfections, but if that’s all you do with your time, then you’ve overlooked something huge. Maybe it’s time I found someone similarly deranged who will help me try to take over the world. However, I still don’t know if I’m Pinky or The Brain.
