Any Weird Al fan will know who Philo Farnsworth is. Non-Weird Al fans may also know. You are not special in any way. You are not a beautiful, unique snowflake.

psh. while i do enjoy the musical stylings of weird al, i don't know the song with the lyric being referred to. also, i knew about new amsterdam way before they might be giants sang about it. i am a trivia god

Any Weird Al fan would know it is not any song lyric that would refer to Philo Farnsworth, but 1980's film classic and Weird Al's feature-film debut, "UHF".
